Present perfect
Something we haven't touched on much... but it's not too challenging.
Remember
"have" or "had" followed by a past participle (past tense version of the verb.) E.g play -> played lose -> lost run -> ran
I'll give you the first one:
For many years, I have visited children all around the world.
