Duolingo Challenge!
This year the children have been encouraged to use the Duolingo Free APP to improve their language skills in French or in any other language of their choosing.
Remember if you are able to gain a 10 day streak Madame Jones or Madame Salvidge have a reward for you. Who will get the longest streak in each class???
European Day of Languages Assembly
Every year on the 26th September we celebrate World Languages Day. This year Scotter's French teachers delivered an assembly on the importance of understanding and learning a new language and appreciating foreign cultures.
The children had the opportunity to sing a new song about greetings in other languages and had fun guessing animal sounds from different nations.
