Welcome to Badger Class - a page where you can explore the wonderful work our Badgers put into their lessons throughout the year!

We are a class of Year 3 & Year 4 children, who are taught by Miss Simpson (Tuesday to Friday) and Mrs  Wilson (Monday).

We pride ourselves on being the best we can be in everything we do, whilst also following the school's values of: respect, honesty and friendship.

P.E. will be taught on Wednesdays and Fridays - on these days the children are required to attend school in their PE kit (suiting the day's weather conditions).

Children are in different groups for spellings and will be sent spellings home, these will be tested each Monday.

Homework will be set on a Friday, due in the following Friday.

Children will have access to their TTRockstars account also where they can work on improving their multiplication recall. Interaction with the site will be monitored as well as the progress the children are making on it.  They can also use this link to use Numbots, where they can rehearse addition and subtraction.

Children should bring a drink of water to school in a named bottle. Please ensure that any clothing is named – then it can be returned to your child should it be lost. Any break time snacks should be healthy ones please.

Please remember that children are not allowed to bring toys to school, this includes trading cards or stickers – it causes upset if they are lost or broken. They also don't need their own stationery

Children will be responsible for telling an adult when their books need changing, and an adult will help them select the correct one for their stage. Reading diaries will be given to each child to log their progress and will be due in each Monday to log the number of reads each child has achieved the previous week. Children are expected to read at least 4 times a week at home.
